Administrative Manager

Sophie is an integral part of our administrative team for 4 years. As the Administration manager for both of our NB locations, she focuses on efficiency and accuracy of these processes to ensure clients receive their equipment quickly. Sophie goes above and beyond her job to lend a helping hand in all areas and she believes the customer should have a seamless experience from start to finish. Although she doesn’t work directly with clients often, when she does, she loves being able to help them, to resolve any issues and most importantly build trust. Sophie is our expert in communications with staff and our funding providers, she is truly the leader that keeps the Admin team at Embracor New Brunswick going strong everyday.
